Do you ship international?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. For International shipping please reach out to me at emeraleden@gmail.com.

Do you accept credit card/debit card/paypal?

Yes, I accept credit card, debit card and paypal.

When will my Painting arrive ?

Canvases may take a maximum of 2 weeks (usually sooner) from the time of purchase in order to be prepared for shipment. Due to the nature of materials of some pieces they may need additional time to create a custom shipping container so that that they may be packaged and shipped safely.

Prints and stickers and other smaller items are prepared for shipment in 5-7 business days.

What is your refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of the art, refunds will only be granted for damaged items. If an item arrives damaged during shipment, email me at emeraleden@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged packaging and item, in addition to the order number and a short explanation. Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
